- Maintain 100% on time delivery
- Maintain Customer Return by less than 0.05% for aerospace and automotive plastic injection parts, 5000 ppm (0.5%) for all others parts and products otherwise.
- General customer satisfactory score shall be at least 80%, at least 90% for aerospace and automotive devices customers.
